1977 Prowler 27' Travel Trailer

Good morning, I just purchased a 1977 Prowler but have absolutely no idea what I am doing. Does anyone have a copy of an owner's manual to get me started? I am brand new to rv'ing and welcome your advice and suggestions.
Thank you, Happy Thanksgiving and

Personally I do not have any manuals for a 1977 model. Sorry.

Welcome to the forum!

Most RV manuals are generic. The specific component manuals (fridge, stove, water heater, etc) can sometimes be found on the manufacturer's websites. Not sure about a trailer from 1977, though.

My best piece of advice to a new owner is to take a few nights and camp in your driveway. Have on hand pencil and a notebook and start jotting down your thoughts and questions.

Being new to RVing, it would be useful to you if you would take a few hours and browse the forum and feel free to post any specific questions. I'm sure someone can help.

since the Prowler was made by Fleetwood, not Forest River, i'd suggest looking for a Fleetwood Owner's site.
or contact Fleetwood themselves and see if anything is available.
since the Prowler is not a Forest River product, i doubt if anyone here has a manual.

you might try posting on the TT forum at RV.net.

this website is focused on Forest River products, whereas RV.net is used by owners of all brands.

No need to go elsewhere, kolbid. You'll find this is the friendliest and most useful site.

Most trailers are constructed the same so much of what you need is here.

kolbid, i was only addressing your request for an owner's manual.
you're more than welcome to post RV-related questions here.
as Triguy said, this is a very helpful website.

it's things specific to the Prowler brand that probably can't be answered.
