After looking at my camper today I was able to press on the two lower corners of the front bedroom slide. Feels like the outer skin has pulled away. Don’t see any signs of water damage from the inside.

It is almost always from water and you can get water running down the sides of the slide as you put it in. Doesn't take much, a little can cause the luan panel under the glass skin to basically fall to pieces. The only way to repair is to be able to get glue inside the area and apply pressure over night. Not cheap.
good luck

We had a delam appear in our 2011 Wildcat below the bedroom window. No sign of water anywhere inside. I pulled the window out and sure enough found a little trace of water found its way in around the window and was running down into the wall in one corner. Only ONE screw had rust on it but that was all it took. Cleaned the window off around the edges and replaced the " putty." Put it back together and no issues in the last two seasons and the delam hasn't spread at least at this point. Since then I have " tightened up" the row of screws around all of our windows and sealed each one on the outside and have had no further problem. My experience is a delam is almost always due to water intrusion.
