Phil... That baby looks sharp. glad we went with the alum wheels. A couple curiosity questions... Since we got almost identical upgrades, I was wondering what your sticker has for a weight? Also... It looks like you already made a couple mods... Towel rack, paper towel holder? What is your tow vehicle and how was it pulling? Weight distribution/sway? Also... Did the rear storage flip up door come with a holder clip to keep it open?

Great question, I already dropped it off at the storage facility, but I want to say they told me something like 3800. The towel holder etc come from the manufacturer uninstalled, but included. We put them up after we got home. We also purchased a separate tv for the outside and an auto satellite receiver for the games. I will be picking it back up Thursday Nd can let you know the exact wight.

We are pulling it with a Chevy Traverse and have a stabilizer and brake control. You could feel the weight when starting and stopping, however very controllable with the 5k towing capacity we have.

When do you expect yours to come in?

We ordered Feb 22 and they told us 8-weeks. So we're hoping no later than the end of April. Good to know it tows well... I have a 6500# tow capacity Armada, so we should be good. Did it come with a holder clip for the rear storage door? The one we looked at on the dealer lot didn't have one so we're having them put one on... Thinking now that they might have just forgotten to do it at the factory on that unit. Are you storing your camp chairs inside during travel? What the auto satellite receiver?

The rear storage door under the bunks came with a clip. Yours will come as a 2014 model with a lot of little upgrades including vented a/c and heat, and led lights. We found the space between the couch and the Murphy bed a perfect place to sto our chairs and outdoor mat. We will tow our satellite in the camper with the stand and extra TV we purchased for the exterior. note. If you get an extra TV you will need to purchase another mounting ATM from your dealer, and it will not come with screw...so be ready to go get some pr have them help you with it.

Another advised first purchase should be replacing the shower head. We bought a nice new shower head from camping world that was suggested to us by another poster and my FIL and it works great! The one that comes with the TT dribbles out.

We took delivery of a 2306 at the end of January. Haven't been out in it yet and as I type we are watching snow fall. We don't have sound from the TV and the dealer replaced it. We didn't check the replacement TV at the dealer like a dumbie and when I got home the new one had no sound either. Anyone know if there is something we aren't doing correctly to get sound? I wonder if we just don't have a strong enough signal. Any help is appreciated.

You might want to change the audio settings on the main Bluetooth switchboard. We had the same concern last night, the TV was playing but no sound and then switched the setting on the main switchboard below the TV Nd it worked just fine. One problem we found after leaving ough is the cable is on the right outside and the satellite hookup is not he left, however they are marked opposite.

Sorry for the typo... My question was... What exactly is an auto satellite receiver? And you mention it's for playing games? We're wondering also if we'll be able to play DVD's outside? We're having a TV mount installed outside if it doesn't come standard. Does the grill fit outside? I really don't want to store it inside once it starts getting greasy. Sorry so many questions... But seeing yours, knowing its so similar to ours, is getting us very excited.
Love that the heat will be ducted too... And the LED's are a nice bonus.

No proble, I am happy to answer any questions, I wish I had someone to answer all of our burning questions! I will say we love ours already. So much storage and everything is a breeze to use. Plus the construction is phenomenal. The regional rep from Rockwood did promise to mail me a hat And thirty...which I never received, but I still live the brand.

The satellite comment was in reference to baseball and football games. We purchased a Winegard Carryout satellite which in a couple of seconds finds the Direct TV (or for those of you with dish network) satellite in the sky and you are watching TV anywhere.

As far as DVDs, you can watch them outside and easily move the TV from inside to outside if you only have one TV And mount, really it takes about 30 seconds.

The grill will not fit in the outside compartments, but comes with a very nice carrying bag and comes apart easily for cleaning. It even has a drip tray.
They also moved the shower for the back long side of the camper to the back of the camper by the spare tire, which I rally like.

I plan to add some shelving to the inside and outside compartments. I will post pics as I do the mods

Oh boy... Wished you wouldn't have mentioned mobile Direct TV... Now I'm on a new mission... Lol. My wife informed me after I posted that "games" meant football/baseball etc... Duh! Seeing that we tailgate for Penn State games, that might be a feature to look into. Thanks for all the info. Look forward to seeing more posts and pics.

Our nightly ritual during the summer is to catch a baseball game. We used to struggle every camping trip trying to find the game on the radio. No more!

The toilet paper holder, towel rod, and paper towel holder all came uninstalled, but with hardware (screws). We (ahem... *I* ) installed them when we got home.

We were concerned about having enough storage space, losing the pass-through storage. But under & behind the couch provides SO much space for our outdoor chairs, mat, and grill. We have all of our gear now put away, with still enough cabinet and drawer space for all five of us. It's fantastic.

Good for you. We had new Rockwood. Took it out the first of March. Major electrical problems, limped home and it is still at dealership.
