2016 26RL space behind sofa

Howdy, just curious, on this Forest River Grey Wolf, 26RL bumper pull,
The sofa is on the slide out. When it is in the sofa position, there is about a four inch gap between the back and the wall. In the bed position it is flush. I didn't notice this when we bought it. I can't see any sliding adjustment. Is this typical?
Thanks
Ern the newbie. 😊

When in bed mode, the head of my sofa lies flush next to the slide wall. When I start to close it, the back initially stops about 4" from wall. If I lift up on the back and straighten out the frame, I can then close it all the way to the wall.

Your mileage may vary.
