2016 30WRLIKS front bedroom slide won't open
We recently bought a V-Lite with 3 slides. Last weekend, the bedroom slide won't open. The other two work fine. I tried the manual crank and it wouldn't budge. In fact, it snapped the cotter pin that holds it. I opened the motor and the gear spins just fine, so it gets power. It makes the same sound as the others do when it is all the way in (or out)....but won't move at all.
It is as if the long screw rod that moves the slide in and out is locked up, but it had been working perfectly.
There is zero obvious damage. Any ideas?
