Does the FR3 have remote controlled heated exterior mirrors?

Been looking at the FR3 for my jump to Class A and it does in fact come with Power Heated Mirrors. Below is from the Features page of the FR3 from the Forest River Website. The 2016 was the same

I need to qualify my earlier comment. Sometime in 2016 model year FR started providing power heated mirrors not sure when. The controls are obvious and to the left of the pioneer radio infotainment system. They are a feature on all 2017 fr3 models

I just confirmed that myself. I went over to the dealer and they had 3 2016
models that did not have the multi-function switch and heater switch which a brand new 2017 did. So be careful when looking at units.

I am probably going to wait or I will order a 2017. From what I have gathered
so far the 30DS 2017's will remove the closet at the end of the counter, the kitchen sink is under the top and a covered stove top (level with the counter) to provide more counter space. I do not know if the sink has covers.

I really like the 30DS with the X-package.

Yes we are waiting until the dealer gets in a 2017. I confirmed with FR directly that the 2017s manufactured after August 1 will have the closet gone. They also added a residential microwave and increased the TV to 39 from 32. It comes at a loss an upper cabinet. The counter space is roughly the same just in a different spot since they just moved everything down. The floor plan on the website shows a flip up countertop in front of the door. However I have yet to see that in any of the units with the new plan online.

The x package is nice. If you don't get it the closet becomes a pantry next to the fridge.

You are correct they are changing the units and the dealers either aren't aware or they don't care.
