We will be going to the kite festival at South Padre Island on Fri. or Sat. Hopefully some of the large kites will be able to take flight this year.

Yes we are having a great time. The weather has been wonderful and plenty of things to keep us busy. We did walk through a local park Sunday and saw some butterflies and birds. Sunday was our 46th anniversary. We are not looking forward to leaving here on Monday but Arizona is calling.

46 years! Happy Anniversary!

My wife and I are at 19 this year. Still love her as much as day #1.

ependydad: Enjoy your youth. It goes by very fast (at least when looking back). I can't believe I am right behind camper70.

Congrats on the Anniversary!
DW and I have been married about 28 years total (yes, we have been married to each other twice ) and she's my best buddy. It's rare to see us individually outside of our work places.

We realized today our time is about up in the RGV and decided we better get out and see something. We visited the National Butterfly Sanctuary here in Mission Tx. . We did not see any butterflies but there was plenty of activity at the bird feeding station so we have many pics to share. It was a beautiful 80 something day.Click image for larger version

ID:	223053and his name is Spike. They say he thinks he is a dog. He will let you rub his head if he gets close enough. He was the most active tortoise I recall seeing as he made many trips all over his enclosure while we were there.
