2109S Owners-Help!
I'm new to the forum, so I'm having trouble determining where to best post my question. My 2017 2109S has terrible TV reception when parked where my old unit got good reception. My TV antenna cable runs from the TV to a "factory hole" in the wall, and I assume up to the antenna on the roof. It does NOT connect to the wall-plate containing the antenna and cable coaxial connections (booster light is illuminated), so I don't know if I'm getting a benefit from the booster. Question; are all 2017 2109S units cabled this way? Thanks!
