5'er Non-bunkhouse outside kitchens

I know Wildcat has a few options for the non-bh models on their 5'ers, but with this being an uptrend in campers, why are none of the higher end models (Blue Ridge, Cardinal, Columbus, etc.) following suit? My dad wants to upgrade from the Crossroads Cruiser in the near future, but is disappointed at the lack of full (not just RVQ's) outside bar/kitchen options. Kudos to Wildcat on this (he does like the Sterling 32RL with the optional OK), but the folks are close to retirement and he kind of wants a high end liner with washer/dryer and residential refer.
