Absentee Voting State of Ohio

Not certain where to post this question but here goes.
We are residents of the State of Ohio and plan on RVing this fall on the west coast. We want to vote absentee but you must provide a mailing address to send the absentee ballot to and we do not have one. Email is not allowed. Any creative solutions to this problem?

Thanks.

Good friends that can receive your mail and forward it to General Delivery at a post office where you will be able to receive it:

Can I ask how you're are going to get the ballot in your hands, no matter what address it's sent to?

I got my COVID test today, it says 50. What does that mean? Also, my IQ test came back positive.

We are away from home frequently. We keep track of any important USPS mail sent to our home address by using USPS Informed Delivery. We get an email everyday with a picture of each piece of mail to be delivered that day and a description of each box being delivered. It works very well.
When we recieve the email showing the expected mail we can have a friend/family member retrieve it and take whatever action is necessary.
Once we had an email showing we should receive a letter with a check in it but it did not show up in our mail box. informed Delivery let us notify USPS that it was not delivered and they investigated. We had the sender cancel the check and resend in a timely manner. So Informed Delivery has several uses.

I think the CDR has the best solution. Have it sent to a relative or good friend that you trust to forward it to you. When they receive it they can call you and find out where you'll be in the next week or so and you can agree on the post office to send it to.

If you have a local UPS store you can open a box there and they will notify you of deliveries and also forward mail and packages to you on request or as a fixed interval if you are somewhere for an extended period.

I have used this service for a over 10 years with no issues.

Why don't you just contact the office of the Secretary of State and ask them directly? I'm sure they will have a solution for you. Early voting opens soon, if your nearby. It may be a violation of election law in involving a third party to handle the ballot for you. Voting is a privilege and a Right we have in our Republic. I cast my first ballot in 1973 and have not missed a General Election since. When I was overseas, I had absentee ballots sent to me on base. I hope you can get this done so you have your say in how we run things here in Ohio.

We do the same but have our mail held at the post office. But it’s amazing how much mail that does not show up. We have reported mail missing at least once a month. It started with a check, the latest was a refund for Jiff peanut butter.
