Adding a vent in bedroom

Hi all,
Trying to get some air flow in our trailer. I would like to add a vent fan to our bedrooms ceiling and was wondering if anyone has done this before. Looking at either the Fan-Tastic or Heng Vortex. I have a Salem Cruise Lite 241QBXL

Is there a static vent there in the bedroom now, or are you needing to cut a hole in the roof?

If there is a vent now, take the trim off and see if there is 12 volt wiring present at the vent hole. If the wiring is there, replacing the static vent with a fan would not be difficult.

No vent or opening there. Looks like I will need to cut a hole
