Aftermarket ladder

When we bought our 2017 Cherokee Limited 304 it did not come with a ladder. The dealer said he did not like to install one due to the lack of support where the ladder is to be mounted and it would be likely to leak.

I am looking at one like this Stromberg-Carlson-Universal-Exterior-RV-Ladder


Has anyone had this done and how did it work out?
