age old question

i tried to search for this and all the threads i could find were for large TT's.
just return from a trip and i am tired of worrying about the POS castle rocks blowing out and i am going to replace them.
I have a 21fbrs i weights dry at 3,998 lbe i would say loaded in weights 4500 to 4800 max. (we never travel with water in the tank only 3 or 4 gallons in the black tank to keep things good and clean the tire size is 205/75/14 and they are ST's. i usually like to drive about 63 to 65 with and occasional 70 down a big hill.
Now for the question??
What Brand of tire out there is the best for my situation ??

Maxxis makes a good 14.

well ordered 4 goodyear endurance from discount tire getting them mounted, balanced 514.00 out the door tax included
speed rated to 82mph they will never see that speed. also its a D rated better than the C i have now
