Going to be camping in Brooksville Fl, Sertoma Ranch for their 40th annual bluegrass festival. Not far from home, so will spend Thanksgiving afternoon with our daughter. She’s making her first ever thanksgiving dinner. Time for Mom to pass the baton!

We were at Creekfire in March of this year. Loved it and can’t wait to go back. They just opened their little cafe by the lake. Looks great!

We are staying a bit closer to home at Roosevelt state park in Mississippi.

Kiptopeke? Grew up near there. Used to tour around on the concrete ships there in my teenage years.

I live in Michigan. My unit has been winterized for a month and will be for 5 more months. Oh what a few thousands miles of south latitude will ad to your camping season

So jealous of all the warm weather spots! I will be sleeping in my camper all weekend in northern Minnesota...temps in the 20s and snow on the way. Should be an adventure

We are heading out to CreekFire RV Resort in Savannah, GA for Thanksgiving
will be there next Tuesday thru Sunday.....Safe travels to everyone .........

We stayed at CreekFire this past summer and we had a nice time. We were very distraught with CreekFire when our neighbor was ready to leave they could not get their slide-out in. Everyone was trying to help them. It was the total length of the 5th wheel. They needed to stay another day and have someone come look at it and Creekfire made them move their trailer with the slide-out still out over one lot because the one that they were on was taken for that day. I really thought this was in poor taste. I am sure if they would of explained to the newcomers the problem, they would of been fine with it. The lots were not anything special just one spot over. The woman cried when she heard what they wanted them to do, but they had no choice.

The DW and I are looking to go there sometime in the spring or early summer as she has relatives in Savannah she hasn't seen in a number of years. Please post pictures. I've looked at their website a number of times, but really wont compare to those of an actual camper. Likes/dislikes? How their rates fare? Is this your 1st time there, or been there before? Enjoy you're time there. Happy Thanksgiving!
