Cool

We will be at Seal Rocks Rv Cove in Seal Rock Oregon. With our Son and his wife we are doing a Dutch Oven Thanksgiving Dinner.
Everything from the appetizers to desert must be cooked in a Dutch Oven.

This will be about the 15th year we have spent Thanksgiving at 4 Paws Kingdom Campground in Rutherfordton, NC. Great food provided, along with entertainment and friends who love dogs.

Since retirement, we have camped here about 60 nights per year.

Yep, we've been doing it for most of the last 22 years, started in tents, then two different popups, now a TT.

We'll be at lake BA Steinhagen in a COE park in Texas, a repeat trip for us (I think this is our third time there)

This year we will be at Island Resort Campground in Newark MD along with about a dozen of our friends. Leaving Saturday and staying until the Sunday after Thanksgiving. We've being camping for Thanksgiving for about the last 6 or 7 years. The craziest thing is guessing what the weather will be. We've had everything from tee shirt weather to 20 degrees last year but always a good time. Some times you need more ice some times you need more firewood.

Four Paws is a great place to camp. Beautiful country up there and excellent facilities. Food can't be beat.

We will be in Savannah, TN for a visit to the Shiloh National Battlefield, Walking Tall Museum/Buford Pusser home in Mcnairy (sp) County and some Amish areas. Grandson is always interested in history and the Amish. Forecast for rain one day, but, that's camping !!

We will be camping at White Tail Resort in Virginia for the seventh consecutive year. There's always a HUGE potluck in the early afternoon and leftovers in the evening. The owner provides turkeys and hams. The office coordinates side dishes with all the "guests."

If you want to see a demolition derby on Black Friday, just stop by any WalMart, Sam's, Costco, or what's left of some of the malls.

We'll be in the St. Louis area (370 Lakeside RV Park in St. Peters) for Thanksgiving with some of our daughters and their families. From there we head to Charleston, SC for the Holiday Festival of Lights FROG Rally.
