We had a foot of snow last week. Today we had a high of 4c or 40f with a low tonight of -3c or 26f calling for 50f on Thursday.

Glad to see you guys made it to Fla safely OC. Winter is suppose to hit ole NC Sunday when it drops down into the 30's with rain. Enjoy the warm weather and the fishing buddy.

Supposed to get to 82 today. Be a good day for Safelite to replace the windshield in the truck. Rock chip just out of Daytona Monday and before we got to Orlando, it cracked all the way across at the bottom.

This is the time of season I enjoy the most about living in SE GA...shorts & sandal weather now with little humidity & no bugs!

I do like seeing the white stuff...though only in pictures

I agree with you. I did wear sandals (flip flops) to work today. In S central GA upper 70's today, near 80 the rest if the week. Cooling off next week.

And, we're supposedly getting more snow this weekend.

I freaking hate snow.

I grew up in St. Louis where we had more ice than snow every year. I remember one particular year where the roads were so bad I bent up my wedding ring gripping the steering wheel. That was when I decided I'd had enough.

Moved to the VA coast. It snowed a foot.

The next year I moved to FL and haven't regretted it once!!

We moved from Chicago 22 years ago because I had enough of winter. I don't miss it at all. I hated all the grey skies and being cooped up in the house.
If I want to see snow I can take a trip north and know that I am coming home here in FL. I would never had bought a camper up North, not enough use. Here we camp year round!

Woke up this morning to the weatherman saying "when you go outside this morning it will be the warmest it is going to be all day"...... At 6:00 a.m as I was plowing snow off my driveway it was 17 degrees. Supposed to hit - 20 with windchill tonight.

Fluffy snow Sunday caused all sorts of crashes - 50 cars, 70 cars, etc. idiots driving too fast for conditions. We're in the deep freeze now. Single digits and wind chills today of -15. Tomorrow its supposed to be wind chills in the -25 range. Even though we live in Wisconsin, with horrible winters, we still managed to use our TT 66 nights this season. Not too bad, considering.

Haven't found a permanent place or work yet, but setting up in AZ temporarily does not make me miss the grey skies, single digits, and snow of Cleveland. God help me if I go back to living there!
