Anyone have experience with Southaven RV in MS

Looking at buying a 2007 Salem fifth wheel from Southaven, MS dealer. Anyone with experience with them? Are they reliable people?

Also is the 2007 376SRV model a pretty good model? Anyone know of bugs that I should pay close attention to when inspecting?

Wow-someone here in southaven! I was going to buy from them 2 months ago. Their price was just TOO high. Nice people, nice facilities, just 16,000 more than Grenada. When I needed maintenance its always you didn't buy from us, we work on our customers first- I don't know when I can work you in. I wanted to buy from them though.

Check that bsttery- how old is it. Roll that awning out completely- is it torn - is it electric, how good is the motor? Check those tires. My daughter bought an older trailer and I checked the tires- they looked a lot worse after I drove it to Enid. Is the fright cold, does the a/c work? I had their power supply replaced at $500.

I like the people at Southaven but suggest they are 25-30% higher than others and suggest you at least look at D&N at Elvis Presley and Brooks. I certainly would stay away from AmericanRV in OliveBranch. Good luck on your purchase and get their warranty in writing- Cu's I bet you'll need it and unless you are camping this winter it may expire before you even use it. Ed
