Bathroom Fan (Electrical)

I'm considering installing a fan in the Bathroom vent. One issue I am having and there is no fix. The DW is vertically challaged. She can not even reach the vent hood adjuster handle. So I was thinking of possible soulutions
1: Is there a way to tie the fan into the light switch
2: Hookup a switch thats located near the hight of the light switch
3: or maybe, Install a switch in the switch control panel for the fan

How about a fan with a remote! Just like you would use in a living area! I put one in the kitchen and bed room. Had already replaced the one in the living room. If its 14 x 14 easy.

Most definitely! Our unit came from the factory wired that way. Two switches - one for the vanity and the other controls the overhead light and fan. I like the remote idea though.

Best answer. Many fans have remotes, but stay away from shur-flo. Mine is 6 months old and has started surging...soon to die. They should stick to making water pumps. Lots of online info about how bad they are.

We have an 11 Berk in the rear bath there is a regular vent. You’d have to leave that open or open when needed and then we have what looks to be a thermostat that operates the fan. So it doesn’t run for ever
