Bed slides outs repaired

I was having trouble with bent slide out rails so I had them repaired.
My ordeal: Well I ended up taking it to my local Giant RV dealer for repair. They replaced the rails which were bent. After receiving the trailer back I inspected by moving the bed slide back and forth on both beds and seemed to move freely. What I didn't do was fully pullout the beds and attach the support poles to make sure sure it was correctly repaired until this weekend. I have found the while the slide out moves more freely in and out it doesn't open out completely. Both beds seemed to stop 3 to 4 inches short. The don't get stuck, but just stop.
From the inside the beds are not flush against the edge of bed platform and also the support poles underneath the beds cannot be installed.
Unfortunately while the repair site is willing to re-look at it I didn't allow them enough time since I need to use the trailer 5 days later.
Does anybody have any ideas about how I may fix it myself?
