Berkshire Factory Tour??

Hello, we are new to the forum and considering purchase of a new Berkshire 390rb. Anyone know where they are built and how to request a factory tour? Perhaps through a dealer? Thanks much!

Welcome to the forum. I believe once you have evaluated your options you will be convinced the Berkshire 390RB is the best in value.

The Berkshire is made in Forest River Elkhart Indiana Facility. You can try contacting Randy Houser, RHouser@forestriverinc.com, or Mitch Wirt, mwirt@forestriverinc.com. These gentlemen are in the Customer Service/Warranty department and are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. My experience with the dealers has been less than successful.

One strong suggestion I would offer you is to purchase the 360HP option. The additional horsepower also bring better fuel economy and double the towing capacity, 10,000 Pounds verses 5,000 Pounds.
