Question Best TT cover for sunny SO Cal?

I am wanting a cover for my TT. It is in my si at bottom, and comes in December. We will use the TT all year long, but want to keep looking new. I will keep covered in between uses. That means, a lot of on an off as we plan to use at least once a month and more in spring/summer. I would like the best one for use in sun for UV protection, and wind. Not really a lot of rain out here. I have seen ADCO, Goldline, Classic Accessories. Willing to pay a little more for better quality. I saw the Classic Accessories has a lifetime warranty? How well does it hold up and how is the warranty service? Thanks.

Covering is a pain and I only do it once in late October. Wash and wax it every couple months and you'll be fine

i know it's a pain, but out here I have seen what it does when you don't the sun destroys the decals and rips apart the awnings. I want to keep it nice and new.

The best cover material is Sunbrella, it will last the longest. I had a boat cover made from it and it is great material. It is not waterproof but can be sprayed. I bought a Goldline for my TT with a 5 yr warranty and it lasted about 2 years. They replaced it under warranty no questions asked. My next cover will be Sunbrella.

In long run, may be cheaper to buy a cheap shelter (1200-2000). Sold almost everywhere. Just watch roadside.

I recently purchased one with Tryvek material.
I also use split tennis balls on gutter corners and an inflated intertube for air movement across roof. Some offer wheel covers, use em.
Happy travels...
Good luck! Ron

Wish I could buy a shelter. Not enough room for one. Barely have room for trailer in my driveway.

Hi DanoHB, We live in S.California and have always covered our RVs. We use our RVs constantly throughout the year, but like you, we wish to keep the UV and wind from deteriorating our expensive units. We have used several different brands of covers over the past 35 years. The best one that I have found is the Elements cover which we purchased at Camping World, with a 3 year warranty. The warranty allow you to replace the cover for a new one within a 3 year period. I have hand sewn a couple of spots that were torn by the rain gutter spouts when putting the cover on (small 1" to 2" tears) but I take the cover in at the end of 2 - 3 years for the free replacement. It's really a great deal ($250 - $300) in comparison of what it would cost to build a carport or garage for the unit. We are happy with this cover. You can google 'Elements Trailer Cover' to learn more. Here is a pic. Hope this helps
