Big shout out to...
Mobile RV Repair in Bessemer,AL and Dometic.
Almost two weeks ago our 15000 BTU Dometic A/C compressor locked up. Our unit is 16 months old and luckily Dometic has a two year warranty. I called Dometic and they told me to take to it to my dealer, three hours away, not going to happen. They then said take to CW, six weeks to just look at it, not going to happen.
They then put me in contact with Wendy at Mobile RV Repair. She is awesome and kept me up to date every step of the way. Her husband, Carl made two trips to our home, three hours round trip, and had our new A/C installed in less than 10 days.
Both Wendy and Carl are great people to talk to, they truly love what they do and love their customers.
