Bigfoot

I have a Bigfoot leveling system on my 2017 Sunseeker. Last time I used it (Nov ‘19) it worked perfectly. 3 weeks ago I push on the buttons to make sure all systems were working as they should and couldn’t get the leveler to work. All jacks are up btw. In talking with the Bigfoot tech support people I was told it was probably a front panel problem. Purchased one, but it still didn’t work .Then the diagnosis was a defective cable. So I purchased one, still no leveling. Next, it must be the leveling brain. You guessed it, I purchased one. Still no leveling. The lights on the panel come on after it does a self check, but when I push the Auto button the whole screen goes dead, but about 3 minutes later it comes alive and self checks. No matter which button I push the screen goes dead with no response from the pump. Now they are suggesting that there may be a short in the wiring going to the pumps.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Who is diagnosing this ? seems like they are just guessing . first step is batteries low voltage can cause all these issues .

Bigfoot tech people are offering the diagnosis after several checks which include multimeter voltage check at several locations along the electronic pathways.

Batteries always showed 12-13 volts, also tried the system with onboard generator running, vehicle engine running, and shore power connected.
