Exclamation Black Water Tank 'pull' stuck closed

My 'black' water tank pull won't open. It has always worked before without any problems. I'm afraid if I try to force it by pulling really hard I may break something? Any body have any suggestions? The tank should be almost empty, but my gauge is showing full. Would pouring a bucket of 'hot' water down the toilet help free it up or just fill the tank further? I should add that I have a 2016 Cedar Creek 34RE 5th Wheel.

You could try a drain valve lubricant.
