Blinds

I have a new Coachmen 319 DSF and some of the window blinds won't stay up. How do I adjust them to stay up?

Generally tightening the strings on each side a bit will give more friction so they will stay up. Here and here are a couple of links to reference.

OK, please bear with me. I have had an older Wilderness TT for several years. I recently sold it and bought a 2004 Cardinal. We aren't have any problems adjusting the day/night function. We cannot figure out how to raise the blinds completely to see out the windows and open them for fresh air. Feel like a dummy but any info would be greatly appreciated.
