Cable Help - Newbie question

I have a 2016 Falgstaff V Lite. My cable reception at the campground is poor. The folks at the campground office said to make sure my TT switch is set to "cable". Hmmmm....Where is it?

Usually you would have a TV antenna amplifier that needs to be turned off, then go into TV menu and set to cable instead of antenna and do a channel scan.....
