Question Cameras malfunction when it rains on my FR3

I am asking for assistance and direction in solving my long term problem with my FR3. The dealer has never been able to solve the problem and admits they are not experts when it comes to the cameras.

I keep my back camera always on when traveling to keep an eye on my "toad". When it begins to rain briskly, the back camera will begin to cycle to the driver side camera and back quickly. If it continues raining harder, it will now cycle between driver side camera and passenger side camera. If the rain becomes heavy it will stick on a split screen of the passenger camera.

If it stops raining, it will take about 30 minutes of continued driving to "dry out" before it returns to normal. If I exit the highway during the heavy rain and wait it out, the camera will begin to just show the rear camera when I again return to my continued journey. This doesn't happen when it is not raining, so I am assuming it is not in the turn signal connections.

I don't know if I am looking for a bad ground wire or if the water is shorting out a positive lead wire. Should I first check the connections on the Driver side camera or ...........?

Any and all suggestions, help, directions, recommendations, etc are appreciated!

Thanks,
