camper models - on the hunt

I am on the hunt now to find a TT that my husband will find acceptable (meaning have certain features and a certain price) that I will be ok with as well (meaning I refuse to sleep on something my feet hang off of and I would like to not have to play musical beds every night with children).

Our max length needs to be 24-25 foot. Weight preferrably under 4,000 (dry of course but the lighter the better).

We already saw a Sportsmen which is an option since it has a small bunk house in the rear but the dinette was like a half dinette and it was only 19 foot. I would have been thrilled with something a tad longer and a full dinette on that model.

We have seen a number that have the double bunk house (double on bottom, twin on top), full dinette but no "real queen bed". The sofa up front goes to a bed which my feet rest on the tables on either end. Comfy eh?

If you have any ideas of brands, makes, models...I'd love to hear. We aren't against a hybrid but haven't had much luck thus far with 2 of them now. Our price range is under 12,000.

I have a 23 BHLE by Wildwood, nice cause it has a queen in front, and bunk beds (singles) in the back, table converts to a bed, but for the most part I do not have to break down the table to sleep at night, very convenient.

One more bonus, mine has a large storage section across the entire back of the trailer, full width, full height, 20" deep.

Not many dealers stock them, I think I got lucky with mine. It is over 4000 dry, but pulls with my suburban. Price used may be a bit over 12k, again I got lucky and bought a new never owned 2008 model for 13.5k

I'm trying to sell this one for my neighbor, it has never been used, not even water in the tanks. She is an older woman, she and her husband bought it and he has recently passed.
