Campground open this weekend water line danger?

Opinions please. Campground open this weekend. We have a 2019 Riverstone. It is supposed to get down to the 20's during mid week next week. Don't want to run heat.Should we wait to run water through the lines to clean out antifreeze? Still winterized at the moment.
What are other people doing?

If it's going down to the 20's and you can camp using bottled water, do it and don't dewinterize.

If you see getting mid 20° weather, I would not dewinterize, especially if you are not there to monitor or wanting to run heat.
