Can't Get City Water to pressurize inside the trailer

I recently purchased a used 2010 Cedar Creek 36RE 5th wheel. This weekend we tried to get set-up as a seasonal and are having no luck getting the campground water to pressurize the system inside the trailer. We can fill the freshwater tank and use the pump to get water, but can't get it straight from the hose fitting to the sinks, inside shower or outside shower. I have the city water valve handle pointing to city and get no flow. When the handle is half-way between city and gravity I get flow...into the freshwater tank. There is a 5 valve manifold that appears to be for winterizing. The hot and cold water shut valves are open, the water heater bypass is closed, the freshwater shutoff is open and the antifreeze shutoff is closed. Are there any other valves inside the trailer that could be shut causing my problem? If so, where is it located? Thanks for your thoughts!

Your city water check valve may be stuck

True!

If not I'm betting stuck.
Normally they stick open and when u use pump
Without city water it blows water out the city connection.

On second thought it can't be backwards then the fw pump would push water out the city connection which is

Could even be the check valve right at the hose connection. A camper next to us last weekend had that problem same as yours ant it was the hose connection check valve.

Carefully remove the inlet screen in the city water connection.
Use a safety pin to stick the rubber part and pry it out.
Using your finger; push on the white plastic pin located under the screen until it lets go.
Make sure the spring pushes the plastic valve back into place when you let go.
Put the old or a new inlet screen washer in place.
