Can't List an Item in Classifieds

I've posted here before and am logged in - member for almost a year with 55 posts - but in trying to post an item I have for sale I get the message that I don't have permission to access the page.


So how can I list the item?

OK - went through all that and when I got to the part where it asks for "City", I got a dead end. Will just list it on ebay.
