Call a vinyl/leather repair shop. My uncle bought a corvette with a big tear in a seat and a scratch in the vinyl dash. The company came to him and they use a color match and goop of sorts. I’d imagine the table could be fixed this way as well. Would never know the tears were there. I believe his situation was extremely reasonable as well, hundred bucks maybe? Central Wisconsin.

Depending on how picky you are, I'd get one of those magic-marker looking furniture touch-up pens from the hardware store in the same color. If the ding matches it will fool the eye.
