Clem's trailer sales PA - Service question

I called Clem's today to schedule a PA state inspection, a small warranty item and vent cover install to my 2013 Roo i bought there new ( my second Clems purchase).They told me the earliest they could see me is the third week of JULY !!! Is this common at many RV/Camper dealers or is this just an issue at Clem's ?

I gave up with their service Dept. Purchased my 2306 there last year and the transaction went just "ok".
Had questions post-sale... Then wanted to purchase a few items and file a warranty claim. Just got the run around. At least they called you back! I washed my hands of them and had the work done locally.

Just bought a Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite off of them yesterday. The service department had it all cleanup and went through and orientation with no problems. I know they have been real busy.
