Coleman chair problem

We have two of the Coleman ComfortSmart sling chairs. We love them, especially because of the folding cup holder ingeniously designed to accept wine glasses.

The problem is that on one of the chairs the foam-type arm rests have begun to split on the front end. The foam goes completely around the metal arm rests like a sleeve and is very tight. I wonder if anyone else has dealt with this. I haven't been able to find any replacement sleeves.

Any ideas?

We have chairs with similar padding. Would something like this work for you? Link is to Home Depot. I don't think this tubing isn't split. This is an assortment pack but I'm sure you can just buy the diameter you need.
