I'm seeking suggestions and comments of what others are doing about dealing with condensation build up in their units after cooking or showering ?
Currently living in cold climate. Also over cooktop fan is part of Microwave and does not vent outside.
So want to keep heat in and moisture out.

We use an Avation dehumidifier in the living room going to get a second one next month as our rig is rather large.

A small thermo-electric dehumidifier might be best for you if ventilation isn't cutting it. The units are small and will typically draw a cup or so of moisture each day.
