Does anyone know how I can reach someone in the corporate office of First River? I'm having problems with my 2017 Cherokee and my dealer is working with me, but they are limited. I have tried Cherokee customer service and the Forest River owners telephone line, but no one seems to care enough to call. So any help on who to contact (besides a lawyer) is greatly appreciated.
There should be a contact on the Forest River website for Cherokee. Just last week I emailed the Wildcat person and he called me in less then one half hour! I was impressed! The Forest River Forum is not affiliated with the Forest River Company. Although some for their representives do view the site. Good Luck
