I just bought a 2015 Grey Wolf Limited 29VT. I bought it from a dealer so I never met the previous owner. The one thing that was broken was the couch. It was sunken in on one side. It looked like the supports in the seat frame were broken at the welds.
Today I removed the foam and cover by taking all the hog rings off. The frame had very little support built into it. There were only three (each direction)!small support rods welded to the frame to support the foam and user. The po must have just flopped onto the couch. Three of the spots where the support rods were welded were completely broken off the frame.
I took a steel display rack that I got from the local hardware store and cut a piece from it to weld to the steel frame. I got it all welded, recovered and reinstalled tonight. It has a great support frame now and only added about 10 lbs of weight.
In the pictures, the red grid is what I added to the frame. It was a big ordeal to fix but should last a long time.
