Other than skimmers, the majority of credit card hacking originates overseas. That makes finding the bad guys, much less prosecuting them, all the more of a challenge.
This happened at my local stop and rob down the street. They reviewed the security camera... the guy was in and out of the pump and down the road in less than a couple of minutes, and of course the tag on his nondescript vehicle was obscured. All they know is he was wearing a hoodie and driving a dark older model Toyota Corolla.

Every bank is different know what yours is our bank has a $0 loss policy on debit cards but the credit card is $50.


The blue tooth scanners were found most recently in rural Giles County here in SW Virginia.
