Biggest thing is to have all the dog's vaccinations up to date with proof.
Also might be required to show proof of age (probably Vet's statement if no other paperwork is available).
Even though it's a temporary visit, your dog is subject to all the other regulations with the exception of fees.
Also, have a talk with your Yorkie and tell it to be on it's best behavior. When my wife and I were traveling with our Shih Tsu he was a show off and it scored him plenty of doggy treats and pats on the head
