Crusader ceiling fan power?

I have a PT Crusader 295RST and want to install a van in the ceiling vent over center kitchen island. My question is where can I get the 12 volt power to drive the fan? Appreciate any thoughts anyone has.

Fish a power/ground wire from the vent to the nearest ceiling light.

You will need two of these.

Any auto parts store will have them.

I wouldn't be surprised if there were already power available near the vent.

Several of us just installed Max Air fans in our Crusaders and found power right by the vent in the attic.

Like Idaho said, use a wire in the ceiling by a light. I have the 294, took down the light near door, stuck a sewing needle in the wires to use my volt meter until I found a wire that is always hot, splice it and fished it over to the opening over the island. There was no power anywhere around my ceiling opening over the island. Simple job really.
