There are many places to shop for tire covers or design your own.
Here is one, but I have no experience with that company nor do I necessarily endorse it.
My recommendation is to stick with hobbies, alma mater, and things you like (unicorns jumping over rainbows, for example) ... resist the urge to be funny. I see countless attempts with license plates and such where people try to be cute and funny. They don't work. Just one guy's opinion, though.
