Decal stains

I have just removed cracked decals from the front of my 2016 Coachman Freelander 26rs. In addition to having oxidation and “ghost decals” there is also reddish stains. I have tried several different soaps, cleaning sprays, oxidation removers, and polishing compounds but can,t seem to get the stains out. I would rather not replace the decals. Anybody have any suggestions?

I have had good luck with those white “magic eraser” sponges. Start with a small spot and make sure you’re not taking off the gel coat, too. But I haven’t had a problem with that.

Given what you have already tried it’s unlikely to work but it’s cheap and easy to try.

My local Dollar Tree has a knock off. Just be sure to wet it first.
