Deteriorated skylight plastic

In just two years the plastic skylight covers in our Forest River Wildcat MAXX trailer have totally fallen apart. The unit has been stored largely under roof. These skylights are part of the vent system in the living area and the bedroom. They were not damaged by hail
or tree limbs. Just fell apart. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a simple fix? Does Forest River care about this quality defect? Appreciate thoughts! Thanks.

What you are really talking about is the "Lids" above the Vents, powered or not! These Lids are a Crap Shoot on lasting,Mr Sun will cut their Life Short,as will towing down the road with the Lids in the "Up/Open" position! Advice is ,Replace Lids and Install MaxxAir COVERS,Now a LOT of your problems and concerns will go away for Many YEARS! Youroo!!
