Did I make the right choice?

Had the choice of waiting for 2017 Chaparral ibl or taking the 2016 Hemisphere lite rlbhk. Decided to wait for the Chaparral. Did I do the right thing?

The waiting is the hard part. We are on our second Chappy. Only had the 370FL for two weeks and haven't been out of the drive yet.Our 2015 29RKS was a pretty trouble free thing.Build quality was great and no problems at all with anything they built..Did break a waste valve cable and the microwave quit. All were replaced under warranty. You will enjoy yours too,i'm sure.

Thank you, I am so nervous about getting a unit I have never seen. They said there could be changes from the 2016 that we saw briefly on the lot. I have dreamed of this 5er for years never thought I could get it. Thanks for you reply.

If there is any changes,I would bet they will be cosmetic only. When we bought our 29RKS,it came in as a 2015.Took delivery in April of '14.Just had a couple of color changes that didn't matter at all. Hope you got yours with the 6 point levelers. They are great.Again enjoy it and be sure to post in the Coachman part of the forum.Lots of good help there.

Yes, you did the right thing, to answer your basic question. A newer unit is almost guaranteed to be better. If they don't change anything from the previous year then you'll get a better build. If they have changed anything, 90% of the time it is for the better. Most important thing is not to fret about it, but to make plans to enjoy the hell out of it when you get it.
