Dimmable LED lights

I just posted this in the Dynamax forum before I realized it was the Dynamax forum. Don't know if many non-Dynamax folks go there so I thought I would repost it here. I hope it's not considered cross-posting. Dimmable lights (and remotes) make for a much nicer user experience - - - or maybe I'm just getting too lazy in my old age.

This company - www.rvlighting.ca/en/ - from Québec City, Québec has great products that will make any fixture dimmable. (you do need to get dimmable LED's, too, if you don't already have them).

None of the fixtures in my TT are controlled by a wall switch - they all have a rocker switch on the fixture itself so you have to get up to turn any of the lights on/off - and most of them are way too bright. I bought several of these - http://www.rvlighting.ca/en/eco-led-...ith-lead-wires. You splice the controller into the light fixture wiring and the wireless remotes can be used anywhere in the coach. I stuck the remote for the light over the dinette to the wall at the end of the table (used velcro) and now we can turn the light on/off and dim or brighten it while sitting at the table. The little spot reading lights over the bed were especially bad. You almost had to get out of bed to reach the switch to turn them off. Now when I am finished reading I just reach over to the night shelf and grab the remote. Nice. Great quality stuff and they work great, too.

I put dimmable wall switches in right after getting our unit. When switching to LEDS, I got the ones that work from 6 to 18 volts making them dimmable. Work great.

How are those controllers and remotes holding up? I just bought a few sets to add to my bunk room and bedroom so I can have a remote instead of individual push buttons on the fixtures.

They were installed by me in 2012. I figure I'm ahead of the game if I have to replace now. The LESs I have are 9 to 16 volt. That's what makes them dimmable.

How does the remote know which fixture to control, if you have multiple?

I'm worried they listen to the first remote they "hear", so when you disconnect the battery and hook it back up, it'll be a bear getting all the remotes to work with the right fixture. Run on sentence much? Oh well.

I use the 3/$10 version.
Hiletgo 3pcs DC12-24V 8Amp... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073R7H52B...p_mob_ap_share

But neither help with the lack of switches. Our rig has enough switches that I didn't need remotes.
