Are the Dinette Seat Cushions in a 2014 Georgetown removable?

I’m assuming you may not be the original owner, so we’re not sure what you’re seeing is the factory cushions.
Are you sure they’re not held in position by Velcro?
Our 2010 Georgetown used Velcro.
