Directv and a KingFlex dish

We tried all day long to try to hook up an existing receiver from the house (SWM 1 and 2) coax connections. With the help (sort of) from directv phone tech help, I made all the changes they recommended. The TV was searching for a satellite FOREVER! with no results. We purchased a King Flex dish and followed all the instructions to the T several times, with no results. Does anyone here have directv and a King Flex dish and got results in getting a signal? Please help, patience is wearing thin.

Did u go thru the camper or straight to the receiver? Getting my wine guard dish will not work on first install thru camper. It has to be straight in the receiver. Hope it helps.

Make sure dish has clear sky or known a dish had worked there.
