Why all the negative for AT&T? I have both AT&T and Verizon and consistently get better service with AT&T. At the CG where I am now AT&T is giving 68 mbps speeds compared to Verizon 6 mbps.

I've used AT&T for cell phone (including hotspot) service since June 2000 and have had no problems except for an account mix-up at the AT&T/Cingular merger and I've had DIRECTV service more than 6 years with no problems whatsoever.
