I am not sure your experience with them is that strange. This forum seems to be filled with stories of people waiting for RV service departments to get the repairs made. See "what is taking so long.." thread.
I cannot see how you can blame the dealership for a faulty fridge. That is Rockwoods fault/problem. The service is another issue. I get that.
