Domestic check light

I have a question maybe someone can help.
I have a 2017 trailer that’s parked in a seasonal spot plugged into 30 amp service. My domestic refrigerator has been on check when I have returned for the weekend. The auto light is still on with the check light. The fridge doesn’t seem to be working while on check. The lights are off and it was defrosting. I have turned it off and on but an hour or so later the check light comes back on?
Has anyone ever had anything like this happen. I’m very confused because I thought if I was on auto it would run off that I don’t know why the propane would even come into play.
Thank you

I am assuming you meant Dometic since you mentioned a check light.

If you lose power, even for a minute, it will try to switch over to propane. If the propane isn't on, the check light will come on once it fails to light.
